How do I know which size is right when I shop online?
Sizing largely depends on garment fit and cut and whether an item is designed for oversized or fitted wear. If you’d like guidance selecting the correct size of a particular garment, don’t hesitate to contact our friendly team over the phone or via email – we’ll be able to let you know if the sizing for that item runs small or large and recommend the right fit for you.
All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars. If you're in New Zealand prices are inclusive of GST. Additional charges for shipping usually apply (please see Shipping section). All payments are in New Zealand dollars. Keep in mind that if you're outside New Zealand, your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. Sorry, but we can't cover that cost for you.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How much will I be charged for shipping?
We’re happy to offer FREE shipping New Zealand wide. Simple!
How will my order be delivered?
All Belleza orders are dispatched via Track-and-Trace non-signature required courier within New Zealand. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped and will include the tracking number for your order. You can use this number check the status and location of your parcel.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You can expect to receive your purchase within 2 working days on standard courier delivery, or 3-5 working days if you live in a rural area.
Orders received by midday Monday to Friday will be dispatched on that business day. Orders made on a Saturday and Sunday or public holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. If you do not receive your order within the specified time frame, please contact us on +64 03 9259614 or email us at email@example.com so we can look into it further.
To our friends over the ditch, we happily ship to you. We ship to Australia for a flat rate of $30. Once dispatched your order may take up to 14 business days to arrive. We will try our best to get your item to you as fast as we can. Items in your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
If you live outside of NZ & Australia, we can still ship to you too. Deliveries via 'Standard International Economy Postage' can take up to 14 business days to arrive depending on the weight & size of the items you have purchased. You will need to contact us to arrange and confirm before completing your purchase. Items in your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return an item if I don’t like it?
If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact our team within 3 days of receiving your order. You can call us on 03 365-0505 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to explain what you are returning and why. We will refund the full priced purchase for a store credit, subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase.
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with their original tags/labels attached.
Once the item has been received it will undergo a quality review and once approved, you will receive your store credit equal to the value of the item(s) returned - which can be simply exchanged for another size if chosen.
We reserve the right to refuse the return if there are signs that the item has been washed, worn, damaged or it is not up to saleable quality.
With an online store credit, we will email you with your credit code. Using your credit code is easy! Just hop onto our website and add items you like into your cart as usual. When you get to checkout just insert your unique credit code into the block that's located in the top right hand of your screen and click 'Apply' then proceed as you normally do to complete your order.
- When returning footwear, please return with original box packaged inside another box to meet the saleability obligation of our returns policy.
- Strictly NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on any DISCOUNTED or SALE ITEMS.
- Strictly NO RETURNS on ALLaccessories Including - Hats, Sunglasses, Scarves, Jewellery, Bags, Swimwear and Underwear due to hygiene reasons.
Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion are considered the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Please send your returns back to us Belleza, The Crossing, Shop 15/166 Cashel Street, Christchurch, New Zealand, 8011 within 7 days of receiving your order. We recommend you send your package via Track n Trace methods only. If you choose not to, we accept no responsibility should we not receive the package. The return of your items to our Lincoln store is at your own expense, and we adhere strictly to a NO RETURNS policy on all SALE and DISCOUNTED items.
What if my items arrive damaged, or have a fault?
Belleza stocks only quality garments and accessories, and we carefully screen our items for manufacturer faults before shipping. In the very rare event that one of our pieces arrives in less than perfect condition, we will try our hardest to replace it. If we can’t, then a Store Credit will be issued. If your order arrives damaged, contact us straight away. We will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 7 days with proof of purchase. We’ll let you know how to send your purchase back to us for replacement.
We reserve the right not to accept the return of a faulty product where we inspect the product and can reasonably assess that the fault is as a result of:
- Damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent with the product's care instructions or Wash Guide); or
- Usual wear and tear following use of the product.
What if my item is on Afterpay?
You just keep paying them as normal. Send the item back to us and provided you comply with out returns policy you will receive a credit code which can be used to purchase something else. Effectively you are paying off the credit code.
We are also a bricks & mortar store. When it is very busy instore a product that you have selected to buy may be listed as being available, however there is the possibility that a shopper instore may be purchasing the same item at the same time. If this does happen we will fully refund you of your purchase.
