Cotton Tale dress

Cotton Tale is midi-length dress with a sweat shirting bodice and sleeves, with a bonded cotton tiered skirt and side pockets.  Cuff and hem have little stripe grosgrain ribbon features added to one part of the seam for a little fun detail.  

Skirt is a chalky slightly charcoal navy. Very comfortable dress for winter.  Casual styling with boots for a win!
